Why isn't the surface of my balm smooth in appearance?

Before use, the surface of your balm may appear uneven or with tiny white specs. This is because the temperatures at which the balm is stored affect the way the natural plant oils and butter within it solidify.

Once applied to your skin, any uneven texture will melt and the effectiveness of the balm is not affected. For longer-lasting freshness please refer to our storage guidelines below.

What is the best way to store my products?

We recommend storing our balm in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, as our balms are preservative & stabiliser free.
